April 18, 2011. This meeting is going to be dynamite -- featuring a speaker from the Seattle-area natural food coop, PCC -- Puget Sound Consumers Coop. I've featured a few of their recipes -- via link to their excellent e-letter -- on this site. Meeting begins @ 7pm at the Federal Way Marlene's Market (In the complex with the Pier 1, around towards the back).
Next meeting: September 15, 2011. Speaker to be announced.
